Return and Shipping Policy

Loyal To Fashion does not issue refunds only store credits. No Shipping or Handling will be refunded on any returned items. If you return an item, you will receive an online store credit code that will be emailed to you for the amount of the item(s) you purchased. You can use the credit to purchase other items from loyaltofashion.com.


Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.  Sale items cannot be refunded.



No monetary refunds will be given for returns items.


  1. If you return an item, please allow 3 business days for your item(s) to reach our shipping dept.

  1. Then allow 5 business days for your exchange to be processed and reshipped out to you.


Loyal To Fashion merchandise can be purchased and shipped worldwide. Orders can take 7-14 business days to be shipped.

Items that are in stock are shipped within 24 hours and a notification will be sent to the email on file.


Items that are not in stock or have an extended shipping date are notated clearly in the item description.


The prices are based on USPS Priority Mail shipping and the handling cost.


Partial shipments are normal. If you receive a partial shipment you will be notified about what items you should be expecting. The rest of your order will be shipped shortly after.


Will I be charged shipping for a return?


Yes, you would pay for shipping, and purchase tracking/delivery confirmation. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, Loyal to Fashion is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.
